In 2011, Hubbell Realty began the conversion of a building, originally designed in 1902, into a 91 unit apartment complex. This building was once home to the Schmitt-Henry Manufacturing Company. It is now known as Riverpoint Lofts.

Henriksen Contracting was hired by the demolition company, DeCarlo Demolition, to perform the sawing of 33 windows through the 22” brick, exterior walls and 4 doorways thru the existing 18” brick, interior walls. This work was accomplished in a span of 30 working days with a 3 person crew.

Henriksen Contracting was also hired by the HVAC company, Wykoff Heating and Cooling, to perform the coredrilling of 150 6” and 4” holes thru the 22” exterior walls, for the installation of air ducts.
